History of CCC-E

The Consortium for Climate Change – Ethiopia (CCC-E) was first conceived in 2009 as a loose network of the Ethiopian Civil Society Network on Climate Change (ECSNCC) consisting of CSOs working on environment, climate change and natural resources management. In December 2014, CCC-E was legally registered with the Federal Charities and Societies Agency (ChSA) as an Ethiopian Resident and Foreign Charity Consortium, bearing a certificate number 3355 and with a membership of more than 30 organizations. CCC-E/ECSNCC has been hosted by Forum for Environment (FfE) since its inception.
